Drill: Rondos 3v1, 3v2 to the net. Start with a rondo. Players must be constantly moving. Must pass within 2 seconds. Now create the same situation and rules but in the offensive zone. Players must directly attack the net at first opportunity. Vary start positions (entry, wall retrieval, rim, hunt + swarm).
