Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

The Seinfeld Strategy – Don’t Break The Chain
The Seinfeld Strategy is a productivity method that Seinfeld developed for himself, in which he would write a joke every day and mark it on a calendar with an X, creating a chain of X’s that he aimed to not break. This method is now commonly referred to as "Don't Break the Chain".
One of the ways we can all stay committed to our fitness routines is to use the Seinfeld Strategy. We'll use a shared calendar where you can mark an X each day that you complete your workout. And to make it more fun, we'll add a rewards at the end of each week, month or phase that you complete without breaking the chain. You’ll also be encouraged to share your progress and support one another in the team WhatsApp group.
