- Sunday, July 13 @ Mohawk4 Ice Centre - Dryland 6pm-7pm. On-ice 7pm-8pm.
- Sunday, July 20 @ Mohawk4 Ice Centre - Dryland 2pm. On-ice 3pm-5pm
- Sunday, July 27 @ Mohawk4 Ice Centre - Dryland 2pm. On-ice 3pm-5pm
- Tuesday, August 5 @ Mohawk4 Ice Centre - On-ice 6:15-8:15pm (no dryland)
- Sunday, August 10 @ Mohawk4 Ice Centre - Dryland 2pm. On-ice 3pm-5pm
- Sunday, August 17 @ Mohawk4 Ice Centre - Dryland 2pm. On-ice 3pm-5pm
Players are expected to attend 80% of summer sessions.

- Tuesday, August 26 @ Cambridge Sports Park - 8:15pm-10:15pm Exhibition game vs. Guelph
- Wednesday, August 27 8pm-9:30pm @ Harry Howell Twin-Pad Arena (B) - Practice
- Thursday, August 28 9am-2:30pm @ Coach Steve’s House - Team Building and Barbecue
- Thursday, August 28 3:30pm-5pm @ Harry Howell Twin-Pad Arena (B) - Practice
- Sunday, August 31 @ RIM Park (Pillers) - 2pm-4pm Exhibition game at Waterloo
Individual Summer Development Program
Players will be provided with an individual development program beginning when school ends at the end of June.
Summer Training Program 2025- Cardio, strength training, mobility, stickhandling and shooting routines will be provided and monitored.
- Time commitment is expected to be 5 days/week, 30-60 minutes/day.
- Other sports and athletic training can be substituted where appropriate.
