Mid-Season Training Camp – Preparation

Get ready for our team Mid-Season Training Camp now.

Virtual camp begins on December 26, 2020

To prepare:

  1. Make sure that you can still sign in to the TeamBuildr App. Please add a message on the team WhatsApp group confirming that you can still sign in. Let Coach Steve know if you’re having issues.
  2. I’ve loaded up several optional workouts starting which you can start now. The full training camp begins after that.
  3. Most of the exercises we will be doing can be done with just your body weight. In order to increase the difficulty of the exercises you may wish to add both a small dumbbell (say 5-10 lbs.) and a heavier dumbbell (say 15-25 lbs.).
