Start at blue line. Each player passes the puck Hound-D1-Fox-D2-Hound. Each player counts out the 1-2-3-4. Hound dumps the puck anywhere they want. Hound and Fox forecheck and Reloads immediately once obviously beaten.
Hound/Fox gets 1 point for retrieving the puck. 2 points for a shot on net. Defenders get 1 point for carrying the puck over the blue line and a second point if both defenders beat the hound back over the blue line. Goalies are optional. Should play the puck where possible on dump ins.
