IMPORTANT: Traffic Delays Expected
EXPECT SIGNIFICANT DELAYS IN GETTING TO BOTH ARENAS. Use Waze, Google Maps or 511on.ca.
With the traffic situation coming into Hamilton/Stoney Creek, if you are travelling back and forth, it may be better to stay in the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area and not return home between games. Early morning is normally better but after 9:00am it can get congested.
Burlington Skyway Construction
MAJOR ISSUE: The Burlington Skyway Bridge that goes to the Gateway Arena will have 2 lanes closed for construction starting Friday night at 10:00pm to Monday morning at 5:00am. Meaning there will only be 2 lanes open instead of 4 lanes open. Anyone using the Bridge expect to add to a minimum of 30-45 minutes extra in your normal travel time depending on the time of the day. After mid morning 45 minutes extra travel time should be expected.
403 Eastbound and Westbound Construction
Contruction work on the 403 Eastbound Hamilton and 403 Westbound will be starting today and will be down to 2 lanes (normally 3 lanes) due to construction at King Road starting tonight and running over the weekend.
Parking Information
Staying overnight remember to not leave any valuables/driver license/passports in your vehicle
Please look at the maps as many cars have been ticketed by the City in the past for Parking on streets where No Parking is indicated
This indicates where you can park if the Arena's Parking Lots are full.
OVERFLOW PARKING
We had issues in the past with Cars parking in the Bus Drop off area, Bus Parking Area and even in front of the Zamboni doors. These areas are clearly marked and Cars will be towed this year so please forward the Parking Information to your Parents and make sure your Bus Driver knows the information
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE IN THE PARKING LOT especially at Players Paradise and Crossroads who are doing us a favour allowing us to use their Parking Lots

GATEWAY: Teams can warm up inside. Upstairs on the RED #2 Rink has a large area that 4-5 teams can use at once Upstairs on GREEN #4 Rink at the far end of the arena the area can accommodate 2 teams
MOHAWK: Is a City Arena and NO warmups allowed inside there is a huge field beside the arena that can be used.
Tournament T-Shirts: are available at both Arena's for purchase via Credit Card> Short Sleeve: $20 and Long Sleeve: $25
PICTURES and VIDEOS: We will be uploading Pictures, Videos and Interviews over the weekend by TSmedia. If you would like to pass on to your parents and players they can follow along over the weekend

If you require a change in the stats in other words we had the wrong goalie or the wrong number was entered on the scoresheet or on the Stats package Please wait till the Monday after the Tournament to email any corrections and the adjusting will be done on the Monday after the event
