We are looking forward to hosting you this weekend. PLEASE take the time to READ the following.
Dressing Room Keys can be picked up at the Tournament Registration Desk

WARM UP Pucks: Please bring your own
Team Warm Ups: Please make sure your Teams know the following
GATEWAY: Teams can warm up inside. Upstairs on the RED #2 Rink has a large area that 4-5 teams can use at once Upstairs on GREEN #4 Rink at the far end of the arena the area can accommodate 2 teams
MOHAWK: Is a City Arena and NO warmups allowed inside there is a huge field beside the arena that can be used.
Tournament T-Shirts: are available at both Arena's for purchase via Credit Card> Short Sleeve: $20 and Long Sleeve: $25
PICTURES and VIDEOS: We will be uploading Pictures, Videos and Interviews over the weekend by TSmedia. If you would like to pass on to your parents and players they can follow along over the weekend

PWHL Toronto
Will be at Gateway (8:00am - 2:00pm) and Mohawk (3:00pm-9:00pm) on Saturday with Players available for signing and there will PWHL Toronto team apparel available for purchase

NOTE: With OTW worth 2 points and OTL worth 1 point the Standings on both Tournament websites are required to be manually updated

STATS will be kept at the Tournament. If there are additions or call ups for the Tournament please let me know so we can make the changes online and in the Handout we give to the Universities when they check in at the Tournament.
If you require a change in the stats in other words we had the wrong goalie or the wrong number was entered on the scoresheet or on the Stats package Please wait till the Monday after the Tournament to email any corrections and the adjusting will be done on the Monday after the event

Parking Information:
OVERFLOW PARKING
We had issues in the past with Cars parking in the Bus Drop off area, Bus Parking Area and even in front of the Zamboni doors. These areas are clearly marked and Cars will be towed this year so please forward the Parking Information to your Parents and make sure your Bus Driver knows the information
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE IN THE PARKING LOT especially at Players Paradise and Crossroads who are doing us a favour allowing us to use their Parking Lots

Overflow Parking will be available during all 3 days of the Tournament at the following

Parking is available at CCI starting Friday at 6:00pm and all Day Saturday and Sunday. (across from Gateway)
Cars will be towed if parking before 6:00pm on Friday

Seaman St is off the South Service Rd just past or just before the Gateway Ice Centre depending on the direction you are travelling.

No PARKING on Mountain Brow on opposite side of the street from Mohawk
PARKING Allowed on Mountain Brow on the shoulder the same side of the street as Mohawk
AUXILLARY OVERFLOW PARKING off Mohawk St behind the Arena. It is a 5 minute walk to get to Mohawk (see Mohawk Ice Centre - Overflow Parking Map)
